Inspired by the wish of the vintage wine collector to arrange a new tasting room, design team proposed using the HS-Portal® sliding door, Scheme D, to decorate the wine chiller cabinet. Large glass doors emphasize the original aesthetics of the room, preserve the necessary temperature inside the wine chiller cabinet for the beverage to mature, thereby preventing its ageing and turbidity. The use of tinted glass creates the effect of a wine cellar.
The design of the HS-Portal®, Scheme D, sliding door is ideal for organizing a bookcase or art gallery. Sealed leaves protect books and other exhibits from dust. A large area of glazing and interior lighting draw the eye and arouse the desire to meet an old friend - a book because Voltaire once said: "To read a book already read again means to see an old friend again."
Siegenia Aubi locking hardware allows you to control a 400-pound leaf with minimal effort, a heavy door made of wood and glass opens easily and silently. Modern engineering technologies hide a reliable steel mechanism inside a wooden frame, the structure has no wearable parts and does not require maintenance.
One-sided control handle: lever is only inside, on the outside, there is a pull bar.
Double-sided control handle: levers on both sides, it is possible to install a key cylinder for locking.
Natural beauty is that it is primary. The use of natural materials closely connects us with the natural forces in the outside world. Therefore, the only wood is used as the material for the frames. Various species of wood reveal its beauty and history. With time, wood becomes more and more muted in appearance, mingling with the surrounding landscape.
Timber material: pine, oak, ash. Visible splicing in length is possible.
Production technology involves the use of materials in their simplest form to rely on their inherent beauty and limit the toxicity potential. Therefore, the applied paints and varnishes have a water base. The coating is easily renovated in operation, and a wide range of colours, shades and application methods are applicable for creative production, urban design and interior design.
For safety reasons, only tempered glass is used. Such glass can withstand a significant load, and in case of possible destruction does not have sharp fragments.
Glass units combine transparency and energy efficiency: they do not only provide heat preservation, deflect the heat of the midday summer sun, but also transmit low-angle winter sunlight. There are 2 types of glass units: double-pane glass and triple-pane glass.
Located on the hillside of the black sea coast, this seasonal country house is well integrated into the surrounding landscape. Panoramic glazing allows you to enjoy the relief of the picturesque gorge, visually connects the room with the environment, giving its owners the opportunity to be inside and outside at the same time. In the evening, the doors remain open and provide privacy retaining the cool breeze and sound of the waves.
